NEW: E-BILLING FOR PROPERTY TAXES AND UTILITY BILLS
Property owners can now receive their property tax notice and utility bill through iCity online with the launch of the City’s new E-billing program. E-billing also allows users to view their property tax and utility billing account balances and payment history online through their iCity account. E-billing is designed to offer City of North Vancouver property owners more options to receive and view their bills, as well as offering timely receipt of notices via electronic copy if a printed and mailed version is unavailable, such as during periods of postal service disruption.
Please note that there are separate access codes for each property tax roll number and utility account and you will be required to sign up separately for each E-bill. Once you are registered for E-billing, you will no longer receive a paper copy of your bill in the mail. Please note, if you register for E-billing after the billing is processed, you will begin receiving your bill via E-billing starting the following year.
To sign up for E-billing, you will need your 9-digit roll number for property taxes or 13-digit account number along with your 6-digit access code (note, there are separate access codes for property tax and utilities). You will find this information on your property tax notice and utility bill. If you do not have access to these numbers, please contact tax@cnv.org or call 604-983-7316.
Note, you must register separately for utility bills and property taxes E-billing services. Registering for E-billing for one notice will not automatically register you for e-billing for both notices. If you are already registered for property tax E-billing services, and wish to also use E-billing to receive and view your utility bills, follow the instructions linked below to register for utilities E-billing services.
Select and review the links below for instructions to sign up for E-billing and for important information regarding your property taxes and utilities including payment options.
